Who We Are

The Cxmmunity Foundation was built by people who lived the problem we’re solving.

For too long, young people have been told to “get off the game”, without ever being shown how the skills behind gaming translate into real careers, real income, and real economic mobility.

We exist to change that. Through education, infrastructure, and direct access to industry, we create clear pathways into digital entertainment careers, especially for communities that have historically been excluded from them. This is about more than gaming.

It’s about participation, representation, and economic opportunity.

Hands-on curriculum in Esports career paths, game development, production & tech fundamentals. Delivered through partners, schools, and community programs now, with more asynchronous options coming soon.
